You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. Seller accounts require identity and bank verification before listings become active.
Ministry of Sneakers is a marketplace. Pairs are owned by independent sellers, not by us, until sold. We take custody of each pair in transit for authentication, and we are responsible for that authentication step and for shipping the pair onward to you.
Sellers set their own prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, prohibited, or that we reasonably believe to be counterfeit.
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the pair fails authentication, the seller fails to dispatch within the agreed window, the pair is no longer available, or we identify fraud or a pricing error.
Every pair is authenticated by CheckCheck, an independent third-party service, before being shipped to the buyer. Authentication is an expert assessment, not a manufacturer certification, and is carried out to the standard of care reasonably expected of a specialist authenticator.
A pair that fails is not shipped to the buyer. The buyer is refunded in full and the pair is returned to the seller.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, or comfort. Sneakers are sold as described and photographed, and every pair is verified before dispatch. Please read the listing, the measurements, and the Condition Guide before ordering.
The limited circumstances in which we do act — authentication failure, the wrong item, transit damage, or non-delivery — are set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Breaching these may result in penalties, withheld payouts, or removal from the platform.
Buyer payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Seller payouts are made to the registered bank account after the payout period, net of commission, GST and any TCS or TDS required by law.
You may not use the platform to transact outside it in order to avoid fees, submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at scale, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Site content and branding belong to Shiva Enterprises. Brand names and logos appearing on listed products belong to their respective owners; Ministry of Sneakers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sneaker brand.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ambala, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
