Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our platform. By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Our platform is a peer-to-peer marketplace for authenticated sneakers. We act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We do not own or hold inventory — sellers list items, and we authenticate before forwarding to buyers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in India to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Buyer Terms

• All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
• If an item fails authentication, your order is cancelled and a full refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
• Returns are accepted only for items materially different from their listing. See our Returns Policy.

4. Seller Terms

• Sellers must accurately describe the condition of their items. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension and financial penalties.
• Listing a non-authentic item will result in a 20% penalty on the item price and immediate cancellation of the associated order.
• Sellers must dispatch to our authentication center within 48 hours of order placement. Failure to dispatch will result in a non-dispatch penalty.
• Payouts are processed 7 days after buyer delivery confirmation, subject to no active disputes.
• Commission fees and applicable taxes are deducted from the payout amount as per your seller type.

5. Authentication

Our authentication team conducts a thorough inspection of every item received. Our determination of authenticity is final. We examine materials, construction, labels, sole units, and other markers as appropriate for each model.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Listing counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised items.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits.
• Interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Off-platform transactions with buyers or sellers contacted through this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the transaction value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
