How a pair gets from a seller to you, and how long it takes.
We do not ship seller-to-buyer. Every pair travels to us first, is authenticated, and only then goes out to you. It adds a few days — and it is the reason you can buy here with confidence.
Total: roughly 5–10 working days. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end. Festival periods and weather can add time.
Across India. We do not ship internationally at present. Some remote pincodes may be unserviceable by our courier partners — you will be told at checkout if so.
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
Your order page shows every stage, including the courier and tracking number for both legs of the journey. You will also receive updates by email, and by WhatsApp if you have enabled it.
Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel. Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times before returning it to us. A parcel returned because it could not be delivered may incur a re-shipping charge.
Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the packaging is visibly damaged or has been opened, note it with the courier and photograph it — that evidence is what supports a claim.
