This policy explains what Shiva Enterprises (trading as Ministry of Sneakers) collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you buy

• Name, email, phone number
• Shipping address
• Order history
• GSTIN, if you provide one for a tax invoice

When you sell

• The above, plus identity details for verification
• PAN, and GSTIN where applicable — required for TDS/TCS compliance
• Bank account details, used solely to pay you

Automatically

• IP address, browser and device type
• Pages viewed and items browsed
• Cookies (see below)

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

Why we use it

• To process orders, authenticate pairs, and deliver them
• To pay sellers and meet tax obligations
• To send order updates by email and, where enabled, WhatsApp
• To detect fraud and prevent counterfeit listings
• To improve the service

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• CheckCheck — our authentication partner, receives the item information needed to verify a pair
• Razorpay — payment processing and seller payouts
• Courier partners — the name, address and phone needed to deliver
• Government authorities — where required by law

Buyers and sellers do not receive each other's contact details.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site will stop working — staying signed in, in particular.

How long we keep it

Order, invoice and tax records are retained as long as Indian tax law requires. Account data is retained while your account is open. You may ask us to delete your account, though we must keep transaction records required by law.

Your choices

• Access or correct your details from your account
• Turn off non-essential notifications in your preferences
• Request deletion of your account by emailing us

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed and never in readable form, and access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18.
